Meet the Artists Featured in Our Next Market (27th September)

We’re taking part in Beau-Events art and makers markets in Brighton this Saturday 27th September! Come visit our stall at The Brighton Unitarian Church between 11am - 5pm. We are trading alongside over 50 other independent artists and makers!

Meet the three artists joining us on 27th September — C’est Elle Art and Marl

C’est Elle Art is a vibrant creative studio, celebrating self-expression through playful & story-packed artwork and brought to life in a 60s-inspired colour palette.

Through bold digital prints to colourful original paintings, each piece is designed to take you on a small journey. Inspiration comes from life here in Brighton, childhood memories, reimagining classical artworks, and sometimes, just silly little ideas.

Marl is a self-taught painter and musician based in South East England. His current practice mostly involves water-based mediums and inks. The core characteristic of his art is play and invention. Responding intuitively to materials and emotions in the moment, Marl embraces chance, accident, and aleatory methods to create vivid, organic images. His works invite viewers to return again and again, each time discovering new details and perspectives they may not have noticed before.
